NGSU represents the views of around 12,000 employees of Nationwide Building Society (including the Cheshire, Derbyshire and Dunfermline Building Societies). We stand for fairness, dignity and respect in the workplace and work to protect the interests of our members. We campaign for fair pay, pensions and conditions of service and provide advice on workplace issues and representation and legal support if things go wrong at work.

We are a certified, independent trade Union, affiliated to the TUC. We are funded by member subscriptions and are not affiliated to any political party.
